Our fine wire products in both round and flat is produced to precision tolerances and wound on a wide variety of spools and bobbins for trouble free take-off. We can plate, straighten and cut to length all of our fine wire products.
Our shaped and profile wire provides added value to your products. By rolling profiles to your net or near net size, you can produce your parts at a much lower cost than alternative manufacturing methods. We can roll custom shapes in a wide variety of cross sections. Long, narrow parts or formed parts have their critical design details in the cross section. Our ability to replicate those shapes in the wire rolling process can represent a significant cost savings. By incorporating such design details as a groove or a step into the cross section, our process can reduce the number of machining, blanking, skiving, welding or other operations.
